Nuestro equipo de Finanzas tiene como pilar principal el enfoque en nuestros clientes (internos y externos), brindando soluciones prácticas, confiables, innovadoras y alineadas con la estrategia empresarial de ESSS.

Estamos buscando un Controller | Analista Financiero por nuestro equipo qué pueda trabajar por el mercado de Europa y brindar apoyo al gerente financiero regional, quien nos apoyará en las siguientes actividades.

Responsabilidades:

  • Elaboración/supervisión de informes/reporting financieros mensuales, previsiones periódicas y presupuestos anuales para las business unit de Italia, España y Portugal.
  • Garantizar el correcto mantenimiento de la contabilidad, asegurando que todos los registros estén en conformidad con las normas contables locales e internacionales.
  • Realizar conciliaciones entre la contabilidad y los informes/reporting financieros.
  • Atender a las demandas financieras y contables de las diferentes áreas, emitiendo facturas/notas de crédito y asegurando el control del flujo de caja y las cuentas por cobrar.
  • Colaborar en la elaboración de los estados financieros anuales.
  • Colaborar con los asesores externos para garantizar el cumplimiento de los plazos fiscales y de cualquier otro requerimiento legal.
  • Participar en la preparación y seguimiento de auditorías externas, proporcionando la información y documentación necesarias.
  • Velar por la fiabilidad y calidad de los datos e información de la empresa, con el fin de apoyar el proceso de toma de decisiones y la continuidad del negocio.
  • Colaborar en la automatización de procesos, apoyando en la implementación y uso adecuado de software contable, ERP y herramientas de automatización para reducir el trabajo manual.
  • Responsable de cálculo de la compensación variable del equipo de ventas en Europa (Italia, España y Portugal).
  • Participar en la negociación de los plazos de cobro y pago con clientes y proveedores respectivamente con el equipo de ventas y operaciones de la compañía.
  • Reporting/supervisión de los gastos de viajes en Iberia.

Requisitos exigidos:

  • Título universitario completo en Administración, Contabilidad o áreas afines.
  • Conocimiento en control presupuestario y de costos, así como en legislación fiscal y normativa.
  • Experiencia en control de flujo de caja.
  • Experiencia en reporting.
  • Dominio de sistemas integrados de gestión (ERP) para control y análisis financiero.
  • Habilidad para realizar previsiones financieras y análisis de tendencias del mercado.
  • Proactividad en la automatización y optimización de procesos financieros.
  • Excel avanzado, conocimiento Google Sheet.
  • Inglés avanzado.
  • Conocimientos en Power BI.
  • actitud proactiva y gestión de prioridades
  • Disponibilidad para viajar por motivos de trabajo (3-4 veces por año).

Requisitos deseables:

  • Conocimientos en Italiano y Portugués son un plus.
  • Valorable experiencia en auditoría externa
