The posting

Buscamos um Technical Account Manager para atuar em pré-vendas técnicas e venda consultiva no mercado de Óleo e Gás, com base no Rio de Janeiro. Seu foco será abrir e desenvolver oportunidades dentro da Petrobras, identificando desafios técnicos e de negócio e propondo soluções de simulação computacional (CAE, CFD, FEA e multifísica) de alto valor agregado.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Compreender os desafios técnicos e estratégicos dos clientes, identificando oportunidades de aplicação de soluções tecnológicas;
  • Atuar em conjunto com a equipe comercial durante as diferentes etapas do processo de vendas;
  • Realizar apresentações e demonstrações técnicas de produtos e soluções para clientes e prospects;
  • Participar da elaboração de propostas técnicas alinhadas às necessidades de cada oportunidade;
  • Apoiar provas de conceito, avaliações técnicas e projetos-piloto, quando necessário;
  • Construir relacionamentos de confiança com clientes, atuando como consultor técnico;
  • Contribuir para o alcance das metas comerciais por meio de uma atuação consultiva e orientada a resultados;
  • Manter-se atualizado(a) sobre tendências tecnológicas, aplicações industriais e soluções voltadas ao setor de atuação.

Requisitos

  • Graduação em Engenharia Mecânica, Química, Elétrica, Mecatrônica, Automação ou áreas correlatas;
  • Sólida experiência na indústria de Óleo e Gás com Petrobras;
  • Experiência comprovada em pré-vendas técnicas e/ou venda consultiva de softwares de simulação computacional ou soluções de engenharia;
  • Experiência prática com simulação (CAE, CFD, FEA ou tecnologias relacionadas) aplicada a problemas de Óleo e Gás;
  • Conhecimento da estrutura e dos processos da Petrobras e capacidade de abrir portas e se movimentar dentro da companhia;
  • Capacidade de atuar de forma autônoma, gerenciando múltiplas oportunidades simultaneamente;
  • Excelente comunicação, relacionamento interpessoal e resolução de problemas;
  • Inglês avançado ou fluente;
  • Disponibilidade para viagens nacionais e internacionais.
