Sua missão será: Apoiar as rotinas administrativas e operacionais da área, realizando o atendimento e acompanhamento de solicitações e chamados, a atualização de anúncios no sistema Easyclass, o envio de documentos de faturamento e comprovantes de publicação, além de auxiliar na emissão de cartas de correção, requisições de reembolso no SAP, preenchimento de formulários de contratos e cartas-acordo e organização e envio de relatórios de comissão, contribuindo para a organização, agilidade e qualidade dos processos da área.

Descrição

  • Apoiar no atendimento das solicitações recebidas por e-mail;
  • Apoiar no envio de documentos de faturamento para clientes e agências;
  • Auxiliar no envio de comprovantes de publicação;
  • Apoiar na emissão de cartas de correção;
  • Auxiliar na criação de requisições de reembolso no sistema SAP;
  • Apoiar no atendimento e acompanhamento de chamados no sistema Qualitor;
  • Auxiliar no preenchimento de formulários de contratos e cartas-acordo;
  • Apoiar na organização e envio de relatórios de comissão.
  • Ter entre 16 e 23 anos de idade
  • Ensino médio completo ou cursando;
  • Interesse em aprender sobre rotinas administrativas;
  • Organização, proatividade e atenção aos detalhes;
  • Facilidade para lidar com documentos, controles e sistemas internos;
  • Familiaridade com o Pacote Office, com foco em Excel;
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar no Bairro do Limão, das 09h00 às 15h00.
