O Consultor de Vendas de Mídia será responsável por prospectar, negociar e fechar vendas de espaços publicitários de rádio (spots, patrocínios, ações especiais e projetos multiplataforma), atendendo diretamente anunciantes e agências de publicidade.

Principais responsabilidades

• Prospectar e desenvolver ativamente uma carteira de anunciantes diretos e agências de publicidade e mídia.

• Elaborar e apresentar propostas comerciais para venda de mídia (spots, patrocínios, merchandising, ações especiais e projeções digitais/multiplataforma).

• Negociar condições comerciais e fechar contratos, em linha com as metas de faturamento.

• Acompanhar a execução das campanhas vendidas, garantindo entrega, veiculação correta e satisfação do cliente.

• Manter relacionamento contínuo com clientes ativos, identificando oportunidades de renovação e upsell.

• Monitorar mercado, concorrência e tendências do setor de rádio e áudio para embasar a estratégia comercial.

• Reportar pipeline, resultados e previsões de vendas à liderança comercial.

• Atuar em conjunto com as áreas de programação, marketing e conteúdo no desenho de ações comerciais customizadas.

• Sólida experiência em vendas de mídia.

• Carteira própria e ativa de anunciantes e/ou agências de publicidade e mídia.

• Vivência em negociações de maior complexidade (patrocínios, ações especiais, contratos anuais).

• Capacidade de atuar com autonomia na estruturação de propostas e no relacionamento com decisores de alto nível.

• Ensino superior completo.

• Disponibilidade para o modelo híbrido em São Paulo (SP).
