The posting

- Definir, junto com a Diretoria de Produto, a visão, o roadmap e as metas da plataforma que sustenta a jornada do assinante Estadão: uso, retenção e autoatendimento. - Reduzir o churn voluntário e o involuntário (digital e impresso) com hipóteses, experimentos e melhorias no fluxo de cobrança e recuperação de pagamentos. - Aumentar a resolução no autoatendimento com agentes de IA e uma área do assinante integrada ao produto. - Levar personalização ao site e aos apps, com recomendação e jornadas baseadas em comportamento. - Fazer discovery contínuo com dados, pesquisa com usuários e testes A/B, junto com Design, Dados e a PO de CRM. - Conduzir o time em parceria com o tech lead: priorizar, refinar e entregar continuamente (Scrum/Kanban). - Acompanhar e dar visibilidade às métricas de produto e de negócio: churn, LTV, resolução digital, adoção e saúde das integrações (atendimento, CRM, login e billing). - Acompanhar o ciclo de release e os deploys em produção, avaliando riscos, dependências e impactos no negócio e garantindo as validações necessárias antes e após a publicação. - Definir critérios de aceite e conduzir a homologação das funcionalidades, garantindo que os requisitos de negócio, cenários de exceção e integrações estejam validados antes da publicação.

Experiência PO/PM em produtos digitais, de preferência com assinatura recorrente. Resultados comprovados em retenção, engajamento ou atendimento digital. Experimentação e testes A/B, de ponta a ponta. Domínio de métricas de assinatura e retenção (churn, LTV, NPS, coortes, conversão). Uso de ferramentas de análise de produto (ex.: GA4, Hotjar, Appsflyer, etc). Boa apresentação e comunicação de dados e resultados para diferentes públicos. Experiência prática com IA aplicada a atendimento, personalização ou previsão de churn. Conhecimento de processos de QA, homologação, testes funcionais, testes de integração e regressão. Experiência com metodologias ágeis e gestão de backlog com times técnicos. Uso de dados para priorizar e medir resultados

Formação em Engenharia, Computação, Sistemas, Administração, Marketing ou áreas próximas. Experiência com integrações via API, CRM, billing ou plataformas de atendimento e chatbot. Conhecimento em GA4, Core Web Vitals e LGPD aplicada a dados e personalização. Certificação CSPO ou equivalente.
