The posting

Vi söker löpande erfarna fastighetsförvaltare till vårt nätverk för kommande interimsuppdrag inom både bostäder och kommersiella fastigheter.

Vi kommer i kontakt med fastighetsägare och bolag som behöver förstärkning i förvaltningsorganisationen – ibland med kort startsträcka och ibland för längre uppdrag. Därför vill vi bredda vårt nätverk med fler kompetenta konsulter.

Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av exempelvis:

  • Bostadsförvaltning
  • Kommersiell förvaltning
  • Ekonomisk eller teknisk förvaltning
  • Hyresgästrelationer och avtal
  • Budget, uppföljning och resultatansvar
  • Underhållsplanering och utveckling av fastigheter
  • Operativ fastighetsförvaltning och samordning av entreprenörer

Du är van att snabbt sätta dig in i nya organisationer, arbeta självständigt och skapa struktur och framdrift.
