Les Etablissements publics pour l’intégration (EPI) ont pour mission de contribuer au bien-être et à l’intégration sociale et/ou professionnelle de personnes en situation de handicap ou en difficulté d’insertion professionnelle et/ou sociale.

Avec plus de 1’400 collaborateur-trices dont plus de 450 en emplois adaptés, nos établissements accueillent chaque année plus de 1'500 personnes en situation de handicap ou en difficulté d’insertion sociale et professionnelle.

Les Services socio-éducatifs sont chargés d’accompagner des personnes en situation de handicap avec troubles du développement intellectuelle et/ou troubles du spectre de l’autisme et/ou troubles psychiques en leur proposant des activités occupationnelles et de développement individualisées ou un accompagnement à domicile.

Soucieux de contribuer à la formation de professionnel-le-s du domaine santé / social, nous ouvrons :

  • 1 place de stage 3ème année à 100% (du 18 janvier 2027 au 30 juin 2027)

L’appartement Delphinium accueille principalement des personnes présentant une déficience intellectuelle sévère et des Troubles du Spectre de l'Autisme (TSA), nécessitant un accompagnement soutenu.

Description du poste

  • Participer à l’accompagnement au quotidien des personnes concernées et contribuer à l’élaboration et la réalisation d’activités structurantes et rassurantes durant cette période très particulière.
  • Contribuer au maintien du lien avec les familles et les proches en aidant les personnes concernées à utiliser des outils de communication numériques ou en élaborant avec elle des communications (photos, messages vidéos…) destinés à leurs proches.

Qualifications

  • Etre étudiant-e à la Haute Ecole de Travail social (HETS)

Les EPI offrent:

  • Le suivi de votre stage par des formateur-trices expérimenté-es et engagé-es à vous accompagner pour l’obtention de votre diplôme.
  • La possibilité de découvrir le travail du domaine santé / social au sein d’une institution genevoise reconnue.

Rémunération :

  • CHF 1’700 / mois pour le stage de 3ème année

Entrée en fonction : 18 janvier 2027
