Les EPI sont une institution clé de l’inclusion à Genève, qui accompagne les personnes en situation de handicap ou en insertion, par le logement, le travail et les loisirs. Les EPI accueillent environ un tiers des adultes en situation de handicap du canton - soit près de 1’100 bénéficiaires - et soutiennent chaque année plus de 1’200 personnes dans leur parcours d’insertion.

Au sein des EPI, les Services socioprofessionnels sont chargés d’évaluer les capacités physiques, sociales et d’apprentissage des personnes en situation de handicap ou en difficulté d’insertion en vue d’une orientation et d’une réinsertion professionnelle. Ils peuvent également fournir une intégration socioprofessionnelle par des emplois et des formations adaptées en atelier de production.

Nous recherchons pour notre atelier menuiserie au sein de nos Services socioprofessionnels, un-e maître-esse d'atelier à 100%.

Description du poste

  • Accompagner les bénéficiaires dans la réalisation de projets de menuiserie de complexité variée (Exemples : fabrication et pose de cuisines et de tables pour des écoles ; fabrication d’objets d’artisanat ; développement de nouveaux projets, de leur conception à leur fabrication), et garantir la qualité d’exécution du travail livré aux clients.
  • Prendre en charge le suivi socio-professionnel des bénéficiaires : fixer des objectifs socio-professionnels, évaluer l’évolution de compétences, développer les outils pédagogiques adaptés…
  • Contribuer aux actions de prospection clients et gérer la prise en charge des mandats clients
  • Participer aux améliorations organisationnelles de l’atelier au sein d’une équipe pluridisciplinaire.
  • Accomplir les tâches administratives inhérentes au poste : suivi des objectifs de chiffre d’affaires, création d’offres de prix, de commandes fournisseurs, etc.

Qualifications

  • Un CFC de menuisier, et une expérience professionnelle de 10 ans au minimum dans le domaine
  • Une expérience avérée dans la gestion de chantiers
  • Idéalement une expérience dans l’accompagnement ou la formation de personnes en situation de handicap ou en difficulté d’intégration sociale.
  • Idéalement une formation de maitre socio-professionnel ou jugée équivalente
  • Un sens relationnel développé, un goût prononcé pour le travail en équipe, et de l’aisance dans la communication
  • Une bonne capacité rédactionnelle.
  • La maîtrise des outils informatiques de bureautique courants.
  • Le sens de l’organisation, de la rigueur, le sens des responsabilités et une ouverture d’esprit.
  • La maîtrise de la langue française.
