SUPERINTENDENTE DE RECURSOS HUMANOS

(Sede Provincia Potosí- Régimen Campamento 16/8)

Misión del cargo:

Realizar una gestión proactiva y estratégica de las relaciones sindicales, asegurar la continuidad operacional a través de una administración de personal impecable (logística de campamento, turnos, nómina, contratos) y promover una cultura de seguridad y bienestar alineada a los objetivos de la compañía

Requisitos:

Formación académica:

Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Psicología Organizacional, Derecho (con especialización laboral), Ingeniería Industrial, Relaciones Industriales o carreras afines

Experiencia Laboral

  • Mínimo de 8 a 10 años de experiencia en el área de Recursos Humanos.
  • Al menos 5 años ocupando roles gerenciales o de jefatura senior en el sector minero, energético, petróleo & gas, construcción o industriales
  • Es indispensable contar con experiencia previa trabajando bajo regímenes de turnos en campamentos mineros o zonas aisladas.
  • Haber liderado de forma directa al menos dos procesos completos de negociación colectiva con sindicatos de alta complejidad.
  • Manejo de ERP (SAP, SAGE, ORACLE)
  • Inglés dominio intermedio alto

Disponibilidad para trabajar en régimen de campamento minero 16/8 en Potosí
