Nuestro cliente BISA SEGUROS, busca un/a profesional para liderar un rol de alto impacto estratégico e impulsar la innovación y la transformación del negocio.

SUBGERENTE DE INNOVACIÓN Y TRANSFORMACIÓN DIGITAL

(Sede: La Paz)

La misión del cargo es liderar la estrategia de innovación, transformación digital e inteligencia artificial de la compañía mediante la automatización y rediseño de los procesos del negocio asegurador, para reducir costos y tiempos operativos, mejorar la experiencia del cliente y abrir nuevos canales digitales, garantizando sostenibilidad en el entorno altamente regulado del sector.

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Informática, Industrial o carreras similares.
  • Especialización o Maestría en Transformación Digital, Innovación o relacionados, Ciencia de Datos, IA, Innovación o Gestión de TI, o MBA (deseable).
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en tecnología, innovación y/o transformación digital, con al menos 3 años en posiciones de jefatura o subgerencia, en Seguros, Banca, Mercado de Valores o Fintech gestionando equipos y proyectos de alto impacto.
  • Experiencia específica comprobada en:
  • Proyectos de transformación digital puestos en producción (canales digitales, autoservicio, onboarding o pagos en línea).
  • Automatización de procesos (RPA, BPM o integraciones por API) con ahorros cuantificados.
  • Proyectos de analítica de datos o inteligencia artificial en entornos productivos.
  • Certificaciones en IA o cloud (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), RPA, Lean Six Sigma, Scrum, Design Thinking, PMP, Power BI o ISO/IEC 42001 / 27001.
  • Experiencia en el negocio asegurador, integración con sistemas Core y trabajo con startups o Insurtech.
