Unsere Mandantin ist ein führender Gesundheitspartner mit Ausbildungsauftrag und stellt die erweiterte medizinische Grundversorgung mit angeschlossenem Pflegezentrum.

Zur Verfügung stehen 126 Langzeitpflegeplätze. Das multiprofessionelle Team arbeitet dabei eng zusammen und setzt sich aus Ärztinnen und Ärzten, Pflegefachpersonen, einer Sozialarbeiterin, Aktivierungsfachpersonen, Therapeutinnen und Therapeuten sowie Seelsorgenden zusammen. Gemeinsam tragen sie dazu bei, die Lebensqualität der Bewohnenden nachhaltig zu sichern und deren Würde zu bewahren.

Die Klinik und das Pflegezentrum liegt westlich von Zürich in einer aufstrebenden Region, nur 15 Minuten mit der S-Bahn vom Zürichsee, der City und kulturellen Highlights wie Oper und Theater entfernt.

Ihr Profil:

  • Verantwortung für die pflegerische Betreuung und Begleitung unserer Bewohnenden während der Nacht
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit den Nachtärztinnen und Nachtärzten sowie den Kolleginnen und Kollegen der anderen Stockwerke
  • Medikamentenmanagement
  • Jährlich mind. 4 Tagdienste zu leisten inkl. Teilnahme an Teamsitzungen

Ihre Hauptaufgaben:

  • verfügen über ein Diplom als Pflegefachperson HF / FH (inkl. SRK Anerkennung bei ausländischen Diplomen)
  • Sie besitzen ein hohes Mass an Professionalität, Dienstleistungsorientierung und Sozialkompetenz
  • Sie sind eine äusserst emphatische Persönlichkeit und kommunizieren auf Augenhöhe
  • Sie Arbeiten gerne in einem interdisziplinären Team
