Unsere Mandantin ist ein führender Gesundheitspartner mit Ausbildungsauftrag und stellt die erweiterte medizinische Grundversorgung für über 98000 Patientinnen und Patienten jährlich sicher in allen Lebensphasen. Mit breiter Spezialisierung, hoher Versorgungsqualität und Expertise in zahlreichen medizinischen, chirurgischen und pflegerischen Disziplinen bietet sie umfassende Betreuung aus einer Hand.

Zur Verfügung stehen 188 Akutbetten, 126 Langzeitpflegeplätze, ein eigener Rettungsdienst, neun Operationssäle sowie acht Intensivpflegeplätze. Mehr als 1600 Mitarbeitende aus 57 Nationen engagieren sich täglich für die Gesundheit.

Ihr Profil:

  • Pflege und Betreuung der Wöchnerinnen und ihren Neugeborenen
  • Pflege und Betreuung von Patienten mit fachlichen Schwerpunkten der Orthopädie
  • Umfassende Austrittsplanung
  • Aktive interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit
  • Tagesbezugsperson für Lernende und Studierende (HF, FH, FaGe)
  • Bereitschaft für Einsätze im 3-Schicht-Betrieb (auch Wochenende und Nachtdienst)

Ihre Hauptaufgaben:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH
  • Berufserfahrung in der Fachdisziplin Chirurgie oder auf einer
  • Wochenbettstation in der Schweiz von Vorteil
  • Respektvoller, wertschätzender Umgang mit Patientinnen, Patienten, Angehörigen und im Team
  • Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Offenheit für neue Herausforderungen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zur interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit
