Unsere Mandantin ist ein bedeutendes medizinisches Netzwerk mit Kliniken, ambulanten Operationszentren und Notfallstationen und setzt in der Gesundheitsversorgung Standards. Erstklassige medizinische Qualität und das Wohl des Menschen stehen dabei im Mittelpunkt.

An zwei Standorten betreibt sie Dialysestationen mit insgesamt 20 Behandlungsplätzen. Dort sind Dialysebehandlungen sowohl für ambulante Patientinnen und Patienten aller Versicherungsklassen als auch für stationäre Patientinnen und Patienten möglich.

Ihr Profil:

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/- mann FH/HF/BSc inkl. Weiterbildung für die pädiatrische Intensivpflege oder mit der Bereitschaft, an dieser teilzunehmen
  • Mindestens 6 Monate Erfahrung auf einer Neonatologie
  • fachliche und soziale Kompetenz, um mit Frühgeborenen, kranken Kindern sowie deren Eltern zu arbeiten
  • gute Fähigkeit in Teams zu arbeiten und sich aktiv einzubringen
  • Zuverlässiges, eigenständiges und teamorientiertes Handeln auch unter Stressbelastung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1 Level) sind Voraussetzung, jede weitere Sprache von Vorteil

Ihre Hauptaufgaben:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zur/zum Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF / FH oder vergleichbare Ausbildungen
  • 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Dialyse mit aussagekräftigem Leistungsausweis
  • Erfahrung in der praktischen Peritonealdialyse
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil
