The posting

Als projectmanager bouw zorg je dat utiliteitsbouwprojecten in Noord-Holland vanaf de eerste aanvraag strak worden georganiseerd. Je verdiept je in de wensen van opdrachtgevers, vertaalt deze naar haalbare plannen en stuurt multidisciplinaire projectteams aan. Het gehele voortraject ligt bij jou: van planvorming, prijsvorming en aanbestedingen tot contractvorming en overdracht aan de uitvoering. Je werkt nauw samen met opdrachtgevers, adviseurs, leveranciers en interne collega’s uit werkvoorbereiding en uitvoering. In tenders en aanbestedingen stel je onderscheidende plannen van aanpak op en presenteer je projectaanbiedingen waarbij techniek, bouwplanning, bouwbudgetbewaking en bouwkwaliteit helder zijn onderbouwd. Risico’s en kansen breng je vroegtijdig in beeld en je vertaalt deze naar concrete oplossingen. Naast het bewaken van planning, kwaliteit, budget en voortgang heb je een belangrijke rol in stakeholdermanagement binnen de bouwsector. Je beoordeelt contracten en projectvoorwaarden en zorgt voor een soepele overdracht naar het uitvoeringsteam. Geen project is hetzelfde, waardoor je continu schakelt tussen verschillende projecten, fases en betrokken partijen. Je werkt in een informele organisatie met korte lijnen en krijgt veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief en verantwoordelijkheid.

Wat breng je mee?

- Een bouwkundige opleiding op mbo- of hbo-niveau.

- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in de bouwsector, waarvan circa 3 jaar als projectmanager bouw, projectleider bouw, planontwikkelaar of tendermanager.

- Aantoonbare ervaring met planvorming, aanbestedingen, projectvoorbereiding en prijsvorming.

- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en een verbindende, coachende manier van samenwerken.

- Ervaring met Word, Excel en digitale projectsystemen, gecombineerd met sterke organisatorische vaardigheden.

- In bezit van VCA-VOL of bereid dit op korte termijn te behalen.
