Als Assistent Uitvoerder ondersteun je de uitvoerder bij de dagelijkse aansturing op de bouwplaats. Je houdt je bezig met de coördinatie van vaklieden en onderaannemers, bewaakt de planning en let op de bouwkwaliteit en veiligheid. In overleg stem je werkzaamheden af, controleer je de voortgang en signaleer je knelpunten in het bouwproces. Regelmatig loop je over de bouwplaats om te controleren of planning en uitvoering op elkaar aansluiten en of de veiligheid op de bouwplaats op orde is.

Je werkt mee aan utiliteitsbouw, renovatie en nieuwbouwprojecten, vaak voor woningbouwcorporaties en vastgoedbeheerders. In overleg met de uitvoerder pak je steeds meer taken zelfstandig op, zodat je in 3 tot 5 jaar kunt doorgroeien naar de rol van Uitvoerder. Je werkt fulltime op diverse bouwprojecten in de regio Noord- en Zuid-Holland.

- Mbo- of hbo-werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting bouw of bouwkunde - Enige praktijkervaring via stage, BBL of leerwerktraject op bouwprojecten - Rijbewijs B en bereidheid om projecten in Noord- en Zuid-Holland te bezoeken - Leergierige, proactieve houding en gericht op samenwerking in het bouwteam - Overzicht kunnen houden op planning, bouwvoortgang, veiligheid en kwaliteit - Bereid om zowel ondersteunende uitvoerderswerkzaamheden als meewerken op de bouwplaats op te pakken
