The posting

Als werkvoorbereider bouw ben je vanaf de calculatiefase betrokken bij uiteenlopende projecten in nieuwbouw, onderhoud, transformatie en renovatie. Op basis van schetsen en technische tekeningen vertaal je ontwerpen naar uitvoerbare werkplannen. Je toetst de technische haalbaarheid, denkt mee over materiaalkeuze, duurzaamheid en bouwmethodiek en stemt dit af met opdrachtgevers en collega’s. Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met leveranciers en onderaannemers, vraagt offertes op en maakt offertespiegels om tot onderbouwde keuzes te komen. DO-tekeningen werk je verder uit naar UO-tekeningen en je stelt V&G- en bouwveiligheidsplannen op. Daarnaast initieer en bewaak je zowel de voorbereidings- als de uitvoeringsplanning, zodat alle betrokkenen tijdig over de juiste informatie en materialen beschikken. Financiële bewaking is een belangrijk onderdeel van je functie. Je houdt contractafspraken en eventuele afwijkingen nauwkeurig bij en signaleert risico’s of kansen op tijd. In overleg met projectcoördinator en projectleiding stuur je bij waar nodig. Het werk heeft een sterk coördinerend karakter en vraagt om overzicht, nauwkeurigheid en goede communicatieve vaardigheden. Je werkt in een compact en betrokken team met korte lijnen, waarin werkvoorbereiders, calculators en projectcoördinatoren nauw samenwerken. De sfeer is informeel en persoonlijk. Projecten bevinden zich met name in de regio Rotterdam en Capelle aan den IJssel, waardoor de reistijden beperkt blijven. De variatie in type gebouwen en opdrachtgevers zorgt ervoor dat je werkweek inhoudelijk afwisselend is.

- Een afgeronde mbo-4 of hbo-opleiding Bouwkunde

- Enkele jaren ervaring als werkvoorbereider met projecten in nieuwbouw en/of renovatie (bijvoorbeeld bedrijfspanden, scholen, woningen)

- Bouwkundig en commercieel inzicht en ervaring met werken in een digitale (bij voorkeur BIM-)omgeving

- Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden, klantgericht en kwaliteitsbewust

- Ondernemende en creatiev
