Als Senior Projectleider Constructie stuur je meerdere constructieve projecten gelijktijdig aan, van eerste ontwerp tot en met de uitvoeringsfase. Je coördineert alle interne en externe werkzaamheden en houdt overzicht over planning, kwaliteit en afstemming met betrokken partijen. Het gaat vaak om grote en complexe nieuwbouw- en verbouwprojecten, zoals appartementencomplexen met ondergrondse parkeergarages, woonwijken in Almere en bedrijfshallen voor Tata Steel. Je geeft richting aan het reken- en modelleerwerk van constructeurs en modelleurs binnen het team. Zij krijgen van jou de kaders, uitgangspunten en informatie die nodig zijn om efficiënt te werken. In ontwerpoverleggen met opdrachtgevers vertaal je hun wensen naar een praktisch en veilig constructief ontwerp en adviseer je over de meest optimale constructie. Daarnaast heb je intensief contact met externe stakeholders, waaronder ingenieurs van industriepartijen en partijen in de utiliteits- en woningbouw. Zo ga je bijvoorbeeld naar IJmuiden voor overleg over nieuwe constructies op een industrieterrein of ben je betrokken bij verbouwingen van panden, werkplaatsen en hangars op Schiphol. Je schakelt dagelijks tussen verschillende projecten en gesprekspartners, wat zorgt voor een afwisselende functie met veel verantwoordelijkheid binnen een gespecialiseerd ingenieursbureau.

- Afgeronde opleiding bouwkunde of civiele techniek, bij voorkeur aangevuld met een opleiding aan de HTI

- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als constructief projectleider

- Aantoonbare ervaring met het aansturen van een team van constructeurs en modelleurs

- Vaardig in het managen van verschillende stakeholders binnen projecten

- Beschikbaarheid tussen 32 en 40 uur per week

- In het bezit van rijbewijs B
