The posting

Als senior projectleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige projectcoördinatie van meerdere renovatie- en onderhoudsprojecten in de bouwsector. Je analyseert de klantvraag, werkt projectplannen uit en bewaakt planning, budget, kwaliteit, veiligheid en risico’s. Daarbij stuur je werkvoorbereiders, uitvoerders en onderaannemers aan en onderhoud je contact met woningcorporaties, zorginstellingen en andere stakeholders.

In de voorbereidingsfase coördineer je de samenwerking tussen werkvoorbereiding, calculatie en uitvoering. Je selecteert en contracteert onderaannemers en leveranciers en zorgt voor een realistische fasering en projectplanning. Tijdens de uitvoering organiseer en leid je bouwvergaderingen en werkbesprekingen, signaleer je knelpunten en neem je operationele besluiten. Als eerste aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers stem je verwachtingen af en draag je passende oplossingsrichtingen aan.

Je zorgt daarnaast voor een correcte projectoplevering en evalueert de resultaten op het gebied van kwaliteit, planning en samenwerking. Leerpunten leg je vast voor toekomstige projecten. Vanuit jouw ervaring adviseer je de directie over projectinrichting en procesverbetering. Je werkt op verschillende locaties en rapporteert over de voortgang, kosten en aandachtspunten binnen de afgesproken projectkaders.

- HBO werk- en denkniveau; een diploma is niet vereist wanneer je relevante ervaring meebrengt

- Minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring als projectleider of in een vergelijkbare functie binnen de bouwsector

- Aantoonbare ervaring met renovatie- en onderhoudsprojecten

- VCA-VOL en rijbewijs B

- Kennis van Bouwbesluit, milieu-eisen, veiligheidsregels, VCA-richtlijnen, aanbestedingsprocedures en projectcontracten

- Je bent organisatorisch sterk, communicatief vaardig, besluitvaardig en klantgericht en werkt digitaal met onder andere MS Office en MS Excel
