Elia is de beheerder van het Belgische hoogspanningsnet van 380 kV tot 30 kV. Elia staat in voor de ontwikkeling en het onderhoud van dit net, maakt het toegankelijk voor de gebruikers en regelt de energiestromen. De Elia groep heeft een team van 2000 professionals die als opdracht hebben de continuïteit van de elektriciteitsbevoorrading in België en een deel van Duitsland te waarborgen. Als eigenaar en beheerder van de transmissienetten in België en Duitsland heeft Elia een belangrijke rol en opdracht in het ondersteunen en concretiseren van het Europees energie- en klimaatbeleid.

Functiebeschrijving

Sluit je aan bij Elia Group als Application & Technical Architect en help de digitale ruggengraat van Europa's energie-infrastructuur vormgeven.

In deze functie met grote impact stuur je de evolutie van het Asset IT-landschap aan, waarbij je ervoor zorgt dat het veilig, schaalbaar en klaar voor de toekomst is en zo de kritieke werking van het net ondersteunt. Je treedt op als een betrouwbare adviseur en hands-on architect en slaat de brug tussen business en technologie. Je vertaalt strategische assetbeheerdoelen in robuuste, innovatieve IT-oplossingen die een betrouwbare en duurzame energielevering mogelijk maken.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je vertaalt bedrijfsstrategie naar bruikbare IT-roadmaps en architectuurblauwdrukken.
  • Je werkt architectuurprincipes, -standaarden en -ontwerpbeslissingen uit en stuurt ze aan.
  • Je stelt architectuuroplossingen voor in governancefora en verdedigt ze.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de IT-oplossingen doorheen hun volledige levenscyclus consistent, kwalitatief en duurzaam zijn.
  • Je beheert en optimaliseert de assetapplicatie- en productportfolio.
  • Je ziet mogelijkheden voor vereenvoudiging, hergebruik en kostenefficiëntie.
  • Je ondersteunt oplossingsarchitecten bij de afstemming van de oplevering op de domeinstrategie.
  • Je voert trade-off-analyses uit als leidraad voor strategische en investeringsbeslissingen.
  • Je ontwikkelt toekomstgerichte domeinroadmaps die afgestemd zijn op de evoluties in de sector.
  • Je zorgt voor naleving van de vereisten op het vlak van data, integratie, beveiliging en regelgeving

Jouw profiel

  • Masterdiploma in IT, computerwetenschappen of een aanverwante studierichting
  • Minimaal 10 jaar relevante ervaring in IT, waaronder minimaal 5 jaar in IT-architectuur
  • Diepgaande kennis van TOGAF, ArchiMate, Gartner TIME, 6R framework en architectuurmodellering
  • Hands-on ervaring met domain-driven design en agile methodes
  • Ervaring met Sparx Enterprise Architect is een pluspunt
  • Sterke communicator met het vermogen om business- en technische stakeholders te betrekken en te beïnvloeden
  • Strategisch denkvermogen met een nadruk op schaalbaarheid, veerkracht en waarde op lange termijn
  • Coöperatieve leider die kan werken met architectuur- en opleveringsteams
  • Je voelt je thuis in het aansturen van beslissingen binnen governancekaders.
  • Sterke analytische mindset met ervaring in architectuurbeoordelingen
  • Achtergrond in energie, nutsbedrijven of assetintensieve omgevingen is een grote troef.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Engels; kennis van Frans, Nederlands en/of Duits is een pluspunt.
