The posting

Multicraft is op zoek naar een Werkvoorbereider Gebouwautomatisering voor in de regio Hoorn.

In deze rol ben jij de spil in het project en zorg je ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt en de monteurs duidelijk weten wat er van hen verwacht wordt.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerp van de besturingskast, begeleidt de monteur tijdens de bouw en installatie op locatie. Daarnaast coördineer je het traject rondom de softwareontwikkeling en bied je ondersteuning aan de collega die het systeem inbedrijfstelt. Dit doe je zowel tijdens de oplevering als in de periode erna, wanneer het systeem in gebruik is genomen.

Jouw werkzaamheden:

• Het verzamelen en structureren van alle benodigde projectinformatie om een vlotte uitvoering te garanderen;

• Opstellen en bewaken van de planning voor het projectverloop;

• Voorbereiden van inkoopprocessen voor grote onderdelen en het regelen van uitbestedingen aan externe partijen;

• Intensief samenwerken met softwareontwikkelaars en projectmanagers;

• Technische ondersteuning bieden aan het montageteam op de werkvloer;

• Afstemmen met klanten, leveranciers en collega's om alles op elkaar af te stemmen;

• Actief deelnemen aan interne projectbesprekingen;

• Documenteren en uitwerken van wijzigingen in het project, zowel aanvullingen als verminderingen.

Functie-eisen: - Je hebt een voltooide technische opleiding gevolgd;

• Je bent analytisch ingesteld, werkt nauwkeurig en weet goed wat eerst moet gebeuren;

• Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands.
