Ben jij klantgericht, neem je graag verantwoordelijkheid op en hou je ervan om mee te zorgen voor een vlot draaiende winkel? Dan ben jij misschien de Eerste Verkoper die wij zoeken.

Als Eerste Verkoper ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen ons tankstation en de shop. Je zorgt ervoor dat klanten vriendelijk worden ontvangen en met een positieve ervaring vertrekken. Samen met je collega's sta je in voor een verzorgde, nette en goedgevulde winkel.

Je takenpakket is gevarieerd en omvat onder andere:

Klanten onthalen en verder helpen aan de kassa.

Aanvullen en onderhouden van de winkelrekken.

Ontvangen en verwerken van leveringen.

Afbakken van koffiekoeken en bereiden van verse broodjes.

Toezien op orde, netheid en voedselveiligheid.

Uitvoeren van administratieve taken en controles.

Ondersteunen van de stationsmanager bij het dagelijkse beheer van het station.

Mee zorgen voor een efficiënte werking van de shop en het team.

Dankzij een uitgebreid opleidingstraject krijg je alle ondersteuning om je rol met vertrouwen op te nemen.

Profiel

Voor deze functie zoeken we een enthousiaste en verantwoordelijke collega die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt.

Je hebt ervaring in de retail, verkoop of een gelijkaardige klantgerichte functie.

Je bent administratief sterk en werkt nauwkeurig.

Je neemt initiatief en durft verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.

Je bent flexibel en bereid om vroege en late shiften te werken.

Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband vlot samen.

Je bent klantvriendelijk, behulpzaam en servicegericht.

Je houdt overzicht, kan goed multitasken en behoudt ook tijdens drukke momenten het hoofd koel.

Je bent betrouwbaar en collega's kunnen op je rekenen.

Motivatie, inzet en een positieve ingesteldheid vinden we minstens even belangrijk als ervaring of diploma's.
