Met jouw daadkracht en overzicht maak jij het mogelijk dat projecten succesvol worden gerealiseerd. Als Uitvoerder Bouwkunde ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse gang van zaken op de bouwplaats voor een toegewezen bouwdeel. Samen met andere uitvoerders leid je uitdagende projecten en geef je dagelijks leiding aan een uitvoeringsteam. Je werkt in een integraal bouwteam waarin de disciplines Bouwkunde, Werktuigbouwkunde en Elektrotechniek samenwerken. Veiligheid, kwaliteit, gezondheid en welzijn staan voor jou altijd voorop. Je draagt het beleid actief uit, handhaaft dit op de bouwplaats en zorgt voor een schone en veilige werkomgeving. Daarnaast stuur je het uitvoeringsteam efficiënt en effectief aan en houd je grip op de voortgang en kosten van het project. Je verzorgt de projectadministratie en stelt rapportages op voor voortgangs- en kostenbewaking. Je signaleert meer- en minderwerk, stuurt bij op de financiële ontwikkeling en zorgt dat de juiste productiemiddelen tijdig beschikbaar zijn. Ook ben je een aanjager van innovatie: BIM en Lean zijn voor jou onderdeel van het dagelijks werk en je weet collega's hierin mee te nemen. Als coachend leider haal je...
