In deze rol heb je intensief contact met collega's binnen HR Services, Payroll, Talent Acquisition en het managementteam. Je rapporteert direct aan het Head of HR Nederland en onderhoudt daarnaast een nauwe samenwerking met internationale HR Business Partners. Zo werk je in een dynamische rol binnen onze Nederlandse organisatie, met samenwerking binnen een internationale HR-omgeving. Wat je gaat doen Als HR Business Partner ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor managers en HR-collega's bij vraagstukken rondom arbeidsverhoudingen, performance en organisatieontwikkelingen. Jij: - Begeleidt en adviseert bij individuele juridische casuistiek; - Begeleidt managers en medewerkers bij herstructureringstrajecten en de personele vraagstukken die daaruit voortvloeien; - Treedt op als bemiddelaar tussen medewerkers, leidinggevenden en (internationale) HR Business Partners; - Levert een actieve bijdrage in leiderschapsontwikkeling; - Adviseert managers over complexe HR-vraagstukken en organisatieontwikkelingen; - Analyseert trends in medewerkerstevredenheid (Peakon); - Ondersteunt bij onboarding en offboarding; - Draagt actief bij aan HR-projecten op het gebied van employee experience, leadership en organisatieontwikkeling; - Draagt bij aan het ontwikkelen en implementeren van HR-beleid en -procedures.
