3-assige frezer Witec is op zoek naar versterking van het team voor de 3-assige freesmachines! Wil jij niet in een doorsnee metaalfabriek werken, maar juist in een hightech productie omgeving? Solliciteer dan op deze functie! Je staat achter de nieuwste machines en geen dag is hetzelfde. Wie zijn wij? Witec ontwikkelt, produceert en verkoopt technologisch vernieuwende producten en assemblages die in seriematige (repeat) productie vervaardigd worden. Hierbij fabriceert Witec uiterst nauwkeurige en ultra reine onderdelen dankzij efficiënte processen en hightech equipment. Wij denken niet in producten, maar in processen. Op deze manier zijn we in staat producten in elke gewenste kwaliteits- en prijsklasse te fabriceren. Wat ga jij doen? Als 3-assige frezer ben je gericht op het vervaardigen van serieproducten. Je werkt volgens instructie op de werkorder en de bijgeleverde tekening. Je bent op de hoogte van de planning en controleert hierbij op juistheid en volledigheid van de opdrachten. Voorkomende werkzaamheden zijn: - Machine productie gereed maken - Instellen van de CNC machine(s) - Bedienen van de CNC machine(s) - Uitvoeren van 1 e productcontrole en procescontroles - Signaleren van afwijkingen en initiëren van overleg hierover met de werkplaatschef Wat zoeken wij? - Een enthousiaste machinebediener, die passie voor metaaltechniek heeft! Je gaat nauwkeurig te werk en bent stressbestendig. - Je bent flexibel en vindt het geen probleem om in 2-ploegen te werken. - Je hebt minimaal een MBO niv. 2 opleiding afgerond richting verspaning. - Bij voorkeur enkele jaren ervaring als frezer op CNC machines. - Kennis van materialen en gereedschappen. Heb jij affiniteit met de metaaltechniek, maar geen relevante opleiding? Geen probleem, ook zij-instromers zijn welkom! Hiervoor zal er een voorafgaand een techniektest worden afgenomen.
