Dan lever jij iedere dag een directe bijdrage aan een goed functionerende gemeente Breda. Een juiste registratie van adressen, gebouwen en WOZ-objecten vormt de basis voor veel gemeentelijke processen. Als Medewerker BAG/WOZ zorg jij ervoor dat gegevens kloppen, mutaties tijdig worden verwerkt en de kwaliteit van registraties gewaarborgd blijft. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid kunnen inwoners, bedrijven en collega's vertrouwen op actuele en betrouwbare informatie. Vanwege een tijdelijke capaciteitsbehoefte zoeken wij een ervaren professional die direct inzetbaar is binnen het team BAG/WOZ van de afdeling Regie Data & Informatie (RDI). Jouw karakter maakt Breda Als Medewerker BAG/WOZ werk je aan het actueel, volledig en juist houden van de Basisregistratie Adressen en Gebouwen (BAG) en de registratie van WOZ-objecten. Je bent zelfstandig aan het werk, maar je zoekt ook actief de samenwerking op met collega's en ketenpartners wanneer dat nodig is. • Het verwerken van BAG-mutaties. • Het registreren van nieuwe objecten, adressen en gebouwgegevens. • Het afhandelen van terugmeldingen. • Het uitvoeren van onderzoeken naar de juistheid van BAG-gegevens. • Het verwerken van straatnaam- en adreswijzigingen. • Het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op BAG-registraties. • Het uitvoeren van WOZ-objectafbakeningen. • Het registreren en wijzigen van WOZ-objecten. • Het verwerken van mutaties vanuit BRK, BRP, HR en BAG. • Het aanleveren van gegevens aan de Landelijke Voorziening WOZ. • Het opvolgen van signaleringen uit werklijsten en kwaliteitsdashboards. • Het vastleggen van werkzaamheden conform wet- en regelgeving, procedures en werkafspraken.
