The posting

Zaveldal is een school voor buitengewoon secundair onderwijs die de opleidingsvorm 3 aanbiedt (= toewerken naar de normale arbeidsmarkt) voor leerlingen met een attest type basisaanbod ( voor wie redelijke aanpassingen in het gewoon onderwijs ontoereikend zijn) en type 3 (= gedrags-en emotionele stoornissen).

Onderwijs op Zaveldal is gebaseerd op 4 pijlers: breed leren , brede school, brede uitstroom en brede zorg. We richten ons dus niet louter op een lesinhoudelijk traject van de jongere, maar wensen jongeren te laten ontwikkelen tot veerkrachtige jongvolwassenen. Trajecten op maat uitwerken is hierbij onontbeerlijk.

Op Zaveldal hanteren we de Cirkel van de Veerkracht als waardenkader. Dit houdt onder andere in dat we positieve interacties, geweldloze communicatie en oprechte interesse in de jongere, hoog in het vaandel dragen. Een vertrouwensrelatie opbouwen met leerlingen, met aandacht voor een gezond evenwicht tussen afstand en nabijheid, is een noodzakelijke voorwaarde om op stap te kunnen met deze jongeren.

Op Zaveldal kan je rekenen op de expertise en ondersteuning van het team. De school heeft reeds jaren methodieken uitgetest en geïmplementeerd die je kunnen ondersteunen in het omgaan met deze doelgroep.

Om de pijler breed leren verder te operationaliseren, wil Zaveldal een leerkracht LBV Islamitische godsdienst (8LT) aanwerven.

De lessen worden gegeven op dinsdag en donderdag.

Een leerkracht LBV kan slechts aangesteld worden als tijdelijk , na de voordracht door de bevoegde

instantie.
