Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte und vertriebsorientierte Persönlichkeit für den Bereich Kundenakquise und Personaldisposition.

IHRE AUFGABEN:

* Aktive Neukundenakquise und Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen

* Betreuung und Beratung von Kundenunternehmen in Personalfragen

* Rekrutierung, Auswahl und Betreuung von Mitarbeiter

* Durchführung von Bewerbungsgesprächen und Bewerbermanagement

* Planung, Koordination und Disposition von Personaleinsätzen

* Laufende Betreuung von Mitarbeiter während des Einsatzes

* Erstellung von Dienst- und Einsatzplänen

* Administrative Tätigkeiten im Personalbereich sowie Datenpflege

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Bewerbern und internen Abteilungen

IHR PROFIL:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Berufserfahrung in der Personaldienstleistung, im Vertrieb oder Recruiting von Vorteil

* Kommunikationsstarke und vertriebsorientierte Persönlichkeit

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Organisationstalent sowie hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung

* Sicheres Auftreten und Verhandlungsgeschick

* Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse

* Führerschein B

ENTLOHNUNG:

Für diese Position gilt der Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte im Gewerbe der Arbeitskräfteüberlassung (AKÜ), Verwendungsgruppe 2. Das monatliche Bruttogehalt beträgt nach 2-jähriger Verwendungsgruppenzeit € 2.705,03 brutto auf Vollzeitbasis.

Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung besteht ausdrücklich und richtet sich nach Qualifikation, Berufserfahrung und beruflicher Kompetenz.
