Als Aanbesteding Tender Manager ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor alle aanbestedingstrajecten binnen de grote utiliteit. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige proces, van eerste verkenning tot contractondertekening. Je werkt nauw samen met calculatie, engineering, projectleiding en directie om tot winnende offertes te komen die zowel technisch als commercieel kloppen. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit het analyseren van aanbestedingsdocumenten, het coördineren van het tenderteam en het opstellen van overtuigende inschrijvingen. Je bent het gezicht naar opdrachtgevers tijdens presentaties en onderhandelingen. Daarnaast houd je de markt scherp in de gaten en signaleer je kansen voor nieuwe projecten. Je denkt strategisch mee over de positionering van het bedrijf in de markt en draagt bij aan de verdere professionalisering van het aanbestedingsproces. Concreet houden jouw taken het volgende in: - Analyseren van aanbestedingsdocumenten en beoordelen van haalbaarheid en risico's; - Coördineren van het multidisciplinaire tenderteam en bewaken van planning en deadlines; - Opstellen van technische en commerciële offertes voor complexe utiliteitsprojecten; - Voeren van onderhandelingen met opdrachtgevers en adviseurs; - Verzorgen van presentaties en pitches bij aanbestedende diensten; - Onderhouden van relaties met opdrachtgevers, adviseurs en ketenpartners; - Signaleren van marktkansen en adviseren over strategische keuzes; - Bewaken van kwaliteit en uniformiteit in offertes en contractvorming.
