Je bent als (aankomend) werkverantwoordelijke laagspanning verantwoordelijk voor het veilig en succesvol uitvoeren van projecten op het gebied van laagspanningsdistributie. Je zorgt dat alle werkzaamheden voldoen aan de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften en wet- en regelgeving, en je verhoogt het veiligheidsbewustzijn in je team. Daarbij stel je veiligheidsplannen op, begeleid je collega's en externen, en breng je risico's in kaart. Je krijgt veel vrijheid en zelfstandigheid om je werk vorm te geven en je bent het aanspreekpunt voor veiligheid op locatie. Wat ga je doen? Je coacht dagelijks collega's en extern personeel op veiligheidsbewustzijn en werkinstructies. Je houdt toezicht op de veiligheid op projectlocaties en stelt veiligheids- en werkplannen op. Je geeft BEI-aanwijzingen uit en ziet toe op het juiste gebruik van afschermings- en hulpmiddelen. Ook spreek je medewerkers aan op zorgvuldigheid en veiligheid. Daarnaast begeleid en leid je leerling-monteurs die een BBL-opleiding volgen. Over Etmaal Wij zijn Etmaal Technici!
