Ben jij een organisatorisch talent met een passie voor aankoop en operationele ondersteuning? Als Purchasing & Operations Support Officer zorg je ervoor dat processen achter de schermen efficiënt verlopen en alles op rolletjes loopt. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen leveranciers, interne teams en operationele activiteiten. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid, proactieve aanpak en oog voor detail draag je elke dag bij aan een vlotte werking van de organisatie.

Aankoopactiviteiten (40%)

  • Je trekt het hele aankoopproces van A tot Z voor materialen en verpakkingen (zoals IBC’s, drums, pallets, kunststof en metaal).
  • Bestaande leverancierscontacten worden door jou warm gehouden, terwijl je ondertussen actief speurt naar nieuwe, geschikte partners.
  • Prijsaanvragen uitzetten en scherp onderhandelen over tarieven, leveringstermijnen en servicevoorwaarden behoren tot jouw kerntaken.
  • Het accuraat plaatsen, opvolgen en verwerken van bestellingen, aankoopdossiers en inkomende facturen is bij jou in goede handen.
  • Nauwkeurig voorraad- en inventarisbeheer zorgt ervoor dat de productie nooit stilvalt.

Operationele ondersteuning & administratie (60%)

  • Binnengekomen of retour gebrachte goederen (zoals pallets en IBC's) worden door jou kritisch gecontroleerd op kwaliteit.
  • Toezicht houden op de laadkade en het controleren van uitgaande verzendingen vallen onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Naast algemene productierapportages stel je, wanneer nodig, ook specifieke denaturatiedocumenten op voor de douane.
  • Als flexibele back-up spring je bij waar de operationele nood het hoogst is, zodat de continuïteit binnen het Operations-team altijd gewaarborgd blijft.

De gezochte Purchasing & Operations Support Medewerker:

  • Een bachelor in Supply Chain, Logistiek, Bedrijfskunde (of een vergelijkbare richting), óf de juiste dosis ervaring die dit evenaart.
  • Een achtergrond in aankoop, supply chain of logistiek is een mooie voorsprong, maar geen absolute must.
  • Inzicht in aankoopprocessen, leveranciersbeheer en basisonderhandelingstechnieken.
  • Begrip van hoe operationele processen, voorraadbeheer en logistieke stromen in elkaar grijpen.
  • Vlot werken met MS Office (vooral Excel is belangrijk) en idealiter heb je al eens met een ERP-systeem gewerkt.
  • Zeer goede communicatie in het Nederlands en Engels (zowel gesproken als geschreven). Spreek je nog een extra taal? Dat is een mooie troef!
  • Je ziet werk liggen en denkt in oplossingen in plaats van problemen.
  • Schakelen tussen verschillende taken en prioriteiten is voor jou dagelijkse kost.
  • Je voelt je verantwoordelijk voor je eigen takenpakket en levert nauwkeurig en administratief sterk werk af.
  • Samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen gaat je vlot af, waarbij je makkelijk communiceert op elk niveau.
  • Je steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen en beschikt over een gezonde dosis commercieel en analytisch inzicht.
  • Deadlines binnen een dynamische omgeving schrikken jou niet af. Je blijft resultaatgericht en nauwkeurig werken.
  • Tot slot kijk je kritisch naar processen en denk je actief mee over hoe dingen nóg efficiënter kunnen.
