Ben jij een gedreven aankoopverantwoordelijke die klaar is voor een uitdagende rol in Zele? Wij zoeken een voltijdse professional met relevante ervaring die het aankoopproces wil optimaliseren en een belangrijke schakel wil zijn binnen ons familiebedrijf. Ben je analytisch ingesteld, commercieel onderlegd en heb je affiniteit met een kleine KMO? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou!

In jouw rol als aankoper ben je de rechterhand van de zaakvoerder en verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het beheer en optimalisatie van het aankoopproces;
  • De samenstelling en opvolging van ons productassortiment;
  • Het uitwerken van prijs- en margebeleid;
  • De analyse van omzetcijfers, marges en productprestaties;
  • Het onderhandelen met leveranciers en opvolgen van markttrends;
  • Het meewerken aan promoties en commerciële acties;
  • Het optimaliseren van voorraadbeheer en logistieke processen;
  • Een nauwe samenwerking met de zaakvoerder en winkelmanager;
  • Ondersteuning op de winkelvloer indien nodig.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een aankoopverantwoordelijke die voldoet aan de volgende vereisten:

  • Relevante ervaring in aankoop, retail of category management;
  • Een bachelor denkniveau
  • Een sterk analytisch inzicht en vaardigheid in Excel;
  • Commerciële instelling met goede onderhandelingsvaardigheden;
  • Zelfstandigheid en een proactieve houding;
  • Discreet, betrouwbaar en gestructureerd in aanpak;
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit en affiniteit met de doe-het-zelfsector is een plus.

Daarnaast zijn de volgende professionele en persoonlijke vaardigheden belangrijk:

  • De markt analyseren;
  • Onderhandelen over aankoopvoorwaarden;
  • Gegevens registreren en contracten opvolgen;
  • Relaties met partners, leveranciers en dienstverleners onderhouden;
  • Stressbestendigheid en flexibiliteit;
  • Plannen en organiseren.
