Heb je een eerste ervaring binnen aankoop en werk je graag met cijfers en leverancierscontacten?

Voor een sterk groeiend familiebedrijf binnen de voedingsindustrie in regio Roeselare zoeken we een Aankoper. Deze organisatie is actief in de productie en commercialisatie van diepgevroren voedingsproducten en realiseert samen met een zusterbedrijf een omzet van meer dan 200 miljoen euro met een team van ongeveer 350 medewerkers.

De onderneming is actief op internationaal niveau en beschikt over meerdere productiesites. Binnen deze rol krijg je een centrale positie in het aankoopproces, met nauwe samenwerking met sales, supply chain en kwaliteit.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Het opvolgen van aankoopcontracten in SAP vormt de basis, waarbij bestellingen, leveringen en transportplanning nauwkeurig worden aangestuurd
  • Regelmatig overleg met interne diensten zoals sales en supply chain om contractlooptijden, leveringsspreiding en planning correct af te stemmen
  • Je bewaakt continu de voorraadniveaus en voert grondige behoefte- en stockanalyses uit voor alle productgroepen
  • In samenwerking met kwaliteit wordt de productkwaliteit van leveringen opgevolgd en worden acties genomen bij afwijkingen
  • Administratieve verwerking van nieuwe aankoopcontracten en factuurcontroles behoort tot het takenpakket
  • Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met (inter)nationale leveranciers en zorgt voor een vlotte informatiedoorstroming
  • De volledige opvolging van importstromen en containertransporten wordt door jou gecoördineerd
  • Bij afwijkingen in leveringen zorg je voor duidelijke communicatie naar supply chain, customer service en sales en bewaak je de naleving van contractafspraken
  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Een eerste ervaring binnen aankoop of supply chain is een sterke troef
  • Je kan vlot werken met Excel en communiceert in Nederlands, Frans en Engels om leveranciers correct te beheren
