Jobomschrijving

Beheren van het volledige aankoopproces voor verpakkingen en inbound logistiek (wegtransport, binnenvaart en containers).Onderhouden van contacten met leveranciers en voeren van prijs- en contractonderhandelingen.Opvolgen en bewaken van gemaakte prijsafspraken.Actief samenwerken met interne afdelingen om behoeften in kaart te brengen en geschikte oplossingen te voorzien.Analyseren van de markt en zoeken naar innovatieve producten en materialen.Opvolgen van voorraadniveaus en garanderen van tijdige leveringen.Toezien op een correcte uitvoering van transporten en logistieke afspraken.Continu meedenken over optimalisaties van processen, producten en aankoopstrategieën.Rapporteren aan de aankoopverantwoordelijke.

Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in een economische, logistieke of gelijkwaardige richting.Je hebt ervaring binnen aankoop, supply chain of logistiek.Je bent een sterke onderhandelaar en communiceert vlot met leveranciers en interne stakeholders.Je werkt analytisch, kritisch en oplossingsgericht.Je bent ondernemend, proactief en neemt initiatief.Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van MS Office, vooral Excel.Ervaring met ERP-systemen, zoals Business Central, is een pluspunt.Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband efficiënt.
