Ben jij een ervaren aankoper met affiniteit voor een technische omgeving? Dan is deze job als Technical Buyer in Turnhout voor jou! In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige aankoopproces van technische materialen en diensten. Je combineert sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden met een gestructureerde en analytische aanpak. Daarnaast bouw je duurzame relaties uit met leveranciers en draag je actief bij aan het optimaliseren van aankoopprocessen. Zo lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de continuïteit en groei van de organisatie.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je vraagt offertes op, vergelijkt voorstellen en volgt bestellingen nauwgezet op
  • Je onderhandelt met leveranciers over prijzen, kwaliteit, contractvoorwaarden en levertermijnen
  • Je bouwt duurzame relaties uit met bestaande leveranciers en gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe samenwerkingspartners
  • Je analyseert marktontwikkelingen, identificeert opportuniteiten en denkt mee na over innovatieve oplossingen.
  • Je beheert leveranciersgegevens, aankoopdossiers en contractdocumentatie op een gestructureerde manier
  • Je werkt samen met interne afdelingen rond factuurcontrole, voorraadbeheer en continue procesverbetering

Wie zoeken wij voor deze job als Aankoper?

Je hebt minstens een bachelor- of masterdiploma op zak en kan min. 5 jaar relevante ervaring voorleggen in een aankopersrol, liefst binnen een technisch getinte sector.

Verder kan je ook heel wat van onderstaande criteria afvinken:

  • Outlook en MS Office (Excel)? Daar draai jij je hand niet voor om.
  • Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands en Engels
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, hebt een groot analytisch vermogen en bent communicatief sterk
  • Je denkt logisch, handelt met gezond verstand en blijft altijd positief
  • Je houdt ervan om zelfstandig te werken en neemt initiatief waar nodig
