Over de functie

Als aankoper speel je een belangrijke rol in de verdere professionalisering van het aankoopproces binnen VIB. Je beheert aankoopdossiers van A tot Z en zorgt voor een correcte, transparante en conforme uitvoering van overheidsopdrachten.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Aankoopbeheer en overheidsopdrachten: Je volgt aankoopdossiers van A tot Z op: van behoefteanalyse, marktverkenning en offerteaanvragen tot evaluatie, onderhandelingen, gunning en contractuele afspraken. Je bewaakt transparantie, compliance en correcte toepassing van de regelgeving rond overheidsopdrachten.
  • Gebruikersbegeleiding en procesondersteuning: Je ondersteunt collega’s bij aankoopvragen, maakt hen wegwijs in de afgesproken werkwijze en fungeert als laagdrempelig aanspreekpunt voor praktische vragen rond het aankoopproces. Je werkt nauw samen met onderzoekers, ondersteunende diensten en leveranciers.
  • Procesoptimalisatie en professionalisering: Je denkt mee na over verbeteringen van processen, templates en werkwijzen, je draagt bij aan een uniforme en consistente aanpak van aankoopvragen, je deelt kennis en ervaringen met collega’s en ondersteunt een cultuur van continue verbetering.
  • Teamwerking: Je werkt actief samen met collega’s binnen het procurementteam, je ondersteunt elkaar waar nodig bij zowel kleinere operationele als grotere aankooptrajecten. Je draagt bij aan open communicatie, kennisdeling en positieve teamdynamiek.

Je maakt deel uit van het procurement team op het hoofdkantoor in Gent en werkt in een collegiale werkomgeving waar samenwerking, kwaliteit en continue verbetering centraal staan.

  • Je hebt een bachelor diploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt een eerste relevante ervaring in aankoop of gelijkaardige juridisch-administratieve context
  • Ervaring met overheidsopdrachten of publieke aankoopprocessen is een sterk pluspunt
  • Ervaring met of interesse in MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is een meerwaarde
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht en leergierig, met oog voor procesverbetering
  • Je communiceert helder en werkt vlot samen met verschillende stakeholders
  • Je haalt energie uit teamwork en kennisdeling
  • Je bent bereid zowel grotere als kleinere dossiers op te nemen
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Engels
  • Een juridische achtergrond of affiniteit met wetgeving, contracten, compliance of dossieropbouw is een pluspunt. Ervaring met BOSA of 3P is mooi meegenomen
