Jobomschrijving

Ben jij een strategisch talent met een neus voor goede deals en wil je meebouwen aan een succesvolle toekomst? Als aankoper speel je een cruciale rol bij de projecten van onze klant. Werkend vanuit hun kantoor in Lummen, ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en beheren van aankoopdossiers om onze werven te ondersteunen. Je verkent de markt, selecteert de beste leveranciers en onderhandelt als een echte professional. Je beoordeelt offertes, stelt contracten op en brengt innovatieve BIM-methodieken in jouw werkprocessen. Je werkt nauw samen met het hoofd van de studiedienst en zorgt dat je kennis steeds up-to-date blijft dankzij opleidingen. Klaar om jouw stempel te drukken?

  • Je hebt een diploma bouwkundig ingenieur, master in de architectuur, of gelijkwaardige expertise door ervaring.
  • Relevante ervaring binnen de bouwwereld is een absolute must.

  • Onderhandelen is jouw tweede natuur; je weet keer op keer de beste deals te sluiten.
  • Analytisch sterk met een scherp cijfermatig inzicht? Check!

  • Jouw praktische kennis van Excel en Word zorgt dat je systemen helemaal onder controle hebt.
