Jobomschrijving

Voor onze klant in Hamont-Achel zoeken wij een Aankoper. In deze veelzijdige rol beheer je het aankoopproces van behoefte tot levering en vorm je een belangrijke schakel tussen projectleiders, engineering, productie, magazijn en leveranciers. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de CEO en werkt samen met een collega aankoper en magazijnmedewerkers.

Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder meer:

  • Inkopen en opvolgen van grondstoffen, staalproducten, productiebenodigdheden, werkmaterialen, onderaannemingswerken en investeringsgoederen.
  • Analyseren en vergelijken van offertes en onderhandelen over prijs, kwaliteit, technische specificaties, voorwaarden en levertermijnen.
  • Beheren en uitbouwen van leveranciersrelaties, zowel nationaal als internationaal, en zoeken naar nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • Optimaliseren van aankoopprocessen en nauw samenwerken met projectleiders en andere afdelingen om technische behoeften te vertalen naar kwalitatieve en kostenefficiënte oplossingen.
  • Bewaken van bestellingen, leveringen en afwijkingen, inclusief administratieve verwerking en rapportering aan het directiecomité.

Voor de functie van Aankoper bij onze klant in Hamont-Achel zijn we opzoek naar een zelfstandige en proactieve aankoper met minstens drie jaar relevante ervaring, bij voorkeur in een technische, industriële of bouwkundige context. Ervaring in de staalsector is een pluspunt, maar vooral je vermogen om technische informatie te begrijpen, gerichte oplossingen te zoeken en aankoopbeslissingen kritisch te onderbouwen is belangrijk.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma
  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring in aankoop, procurement of een vergelijkbare technisch-commerciële functie.
  • Sterke onderhandelings- en communicatieve vaardigheden, met tactisch inzicht en het vermogen om technische en commerciële belangen tegen elkaar af te wegen.
  • Proactieve, kritische en zelfstandige werkhouding, met zin voor initiatief, nauwkeurigheid en een sterke teamgerichte ingesteldheid.
  • Goede talenkennis van Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Frans en Duits is een duidelijke troef.
