The posting

Na interne opleiding, word je ingeschakeld in een ervaren aankoopteam. Jouw functie is tweeledig: enerzijds ben je verantwoordelijk voor de aankoop van indirect spend en anderzijds sta je in voor de aankopen van bepaalde grondstoffen.

Je staat in voor onderhandelingen met nieuwe/bestaande leveranciers, met als doel de beste verhouding tussen prijs en kwaliteit te bekomen, dit binnen de gevraagde levertermijnen.

Je hebt tegelijk oog voor een langdurige, constructieve relatie met leveranciers.

Je superviseert zowel klachten als correctiemaatregelen. Je bewaakt nauwgezet de budgetten. Je maakt een analyse van de indirect spend en bepaalt in overleg de prioriteiten.

Je voert nodige bestellingen uit om stockbreuken te vermijden. Het volledige proces volg je zelf op en stuurt bij waar nodig op basis van forecast en historiek.

Je rapporteert aan de aankoop manager.

Je behaalde een hoger diploma. Deze vul je aan met minstens 5 jaar ervaring.

Je bent een gedreven onderhandelaar met uitgesproken professionele ethiek. Je hebt technische kennis en ervaring vanuit opleiding of vorige tewerkstelling.

Je neem initiatief en denkt oplossingsgericht.

Je beschikt over een ruime en goede talenkennis; Nederlands, Frans en Engels, kennis Duits is pluspunt

Je beheerst Excel zeer goed, kennis ERP is meerwaarde.
