Als Aankoper ben je verantwoordelijk voor een breed pakket aan technische en operationele aankoopactiviteiten.

Je houdt je onder meer bezig met:

  • Beheren van aankoopdossiers van A tot Z
  • Opvragen en vergelijken van offertes
  • Selecteren van leveranciers en onderhandelen over prijs, kwaliteit en levertermijnen
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame leveranciersrelaties
  • Evalueren van leveranciersprestaties en actief zoeken naar alternatieven wanneer nodig
  • Nauw samenwerken met technische dienst, magazijn, boekhouding en andere interne stakeholders
  • Verdiepen in technische onderdelen, installaties en specificaties om de juiste aankoopbeslissingen te nemen
  • Opvolgen van bestellingen en leveringen via SAP
  • Verwerken van aankoopadministratie en vrijgeven van facturen
  • Signaleren en implementeren van verbeteringen binnen aankoop- en voorraadbeheer
  • Opvolgen van marktontwikkelingen en trends binnen aankoop

Must haves

  • Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Je durft kritisch door te vragen en leveranciers uit te dagen
  • Nauwkeurige en gestructureerde manier van werken
  • Goede kennis van Excel
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels
  • Proactieve mindset en sterke verantwoordelijkheidszin

Nice to haves

  • Ervaring binnen aankoop of supply chain
  • Technische achtergrond of affiniteit met techniek
  • Kennis van SAP
  • Basiskennis Frans
  • Opleiding Elektromechanica of andere technische richting

Ook gemotiveerde starters met technische affiniteit of een bachelor Elektromechanica komen zeker in aanmerking.
