Wie zijn wij?

Wij zijn School de Merode, een school voor buitengewoon onderwijs (Type 9 en TBA). Samen met de Knikkerbaan vormen wij de bruisende Campus Kastanjeboom.

Bij ons is elk kind dat ene 'gele visje' uit ons logo: uniek, met eigen dromen en talenten. Wij geloven onvoorwaardelijk in hun mogelijkheden en bieden de veilige structuur en warme verbondenheid die nodig zijn om grenzen te verleggen. Maar om die ruimte voor groei te creëren voor onze leerlingen, moeten we eerst ruimte creëren voor onze professionals.

De uitdaging: startende klasleerkrachten begeleiden

Voor onze startende leerkrachten zijn we nog op zoek naar iemand extra die hen mee kan begeleiden en helpen in hun groeiproces.

Jouw rol als aanvangsbegeleider

Jij staat aan de zijlijn van onze startende leerkrachten om hen te versterken. Je coacht hen in hun groei. Van sterk klasmanagement tot effectieve didactiek. EDI is je niet onbekend en je hebt sterke coachende vaardigheden. Je wil uit elke leerkracht het beste halen.

  • Mentorschap: Je begeleidt de leerkrachten in hun groei.
  • Gespreksvoering: Je gaat in gesprek vanuit een coachende rol. Je wil ondersteunen, maar kan ook sturen waar nodig.
  • Visiebewaker: Je helpt de leerkracht om de schoolvisie te vertalen naar concrete acties op de klasvloer.
  • Veilige haven: Je creëert een klimaat van professionele veiligheid waarin autonomie en samenwerking hand in hand gaan.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je bent een echte teamplayer met een hart voor buitengewoon onderwijs.
  • Je staat stevig in je schoenen en durft feedback te geven die aanzet tot groei.
  • Je hebt ervaring met coachingstechnieken.
  • Je bent bekend met sterk klasmanagement en effectieve didactiek.
  • Je hanteert een herstelgerichte visie en gelooft in verbindende communicatie.
  • Je kunt complexe noden vertalen naar heldere, werkbare structuren.
