Voor onze klant in Aartselaar zijn wij op zoek naar een commerciel afleveraar. Onze klant is een Belgisch bedrijf dat koffie verwerkt en verhandelt.

Tot uw takenpakket zal behoren:

  • Als Commercieel Medewerker combineer je het leveren van bestellingen aan B2B-klanten met klantencontact en commerciële dienstverlening.
  • Je volgt een geplande route, zorgt voor correcte en tijdige leveringen en bent het gezicht van het bedrijf bij de klant.
  • Je bouwt duurzame klantenrelaties op, beantwoordt vragen, volgt problemen en administratie op en signaleert commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • Daarnaast ondersteun en vervang je de Horeca-vertegenwoordigers.
  • Na een opleiding krijg je de mogelijkheid om zelfstandig Horeca-routes te rijden, een eigen klantenportefeuille te beheren, klanten te adviseren over het assortiment en bestellingen, voorraad en facturatie op te volgen.
  • Zo combineer je logistiek met sales en krijg je de kans om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen de commerciële werking van het bedrijf.
  • Graag onderweg is en energie krijgt van klantencontact
  • Commercieel ingesteld is en opportuniteiten bij klanten weet te herkennen
  • Zelfstandig kan werken
  • Verantwoordelijk en nauwkeurig is
  • Klantgericht en communicatief sterk is;
  • Graag initiatief neemt;
  • Flexibel is en bereid is verschillende taken op te nemen;
  • Interesse heeft in onze producten en bereid is hierin bij te leren;
  • Graag samenwerkt met collega's van logistiek, planning en sales.
  • Een commerciële of logistieke achtergrond is mooi meegenomen, maar motivatie, klantgerichtheid en verantwoordelijkheidszin vinden we minstens even belangrijk.
  • Je ziet problemen voordat ze problemen worden, communiceert duidelijk met collega's en klanten en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen werk.
  • Daarnaast ben je bereid om je productkennis en commerciële vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen zodat je op termijn ook zelfstandig Horeca-klanten kunt ondersteunen.
