Als administratieve rechterhand van onze werfleider speel je een sleutelrol in onze HVAC-projecten. Je zorg ervoor dat alles administratief vlot verloopt: je verzamelt bij de klant en architect alle nodige info alvorens we starten aan de uitvoering, plaatst bestellingen, controleert leverbonnen en bereidt de facturatie voor. Dit alles in overleg met onze werfleider, die je uiteraard (technisch) bijstaat. Daarnaast ben jij het vertrouwde aanspreekpunt voor klanten in onze Lauryssen Studio. Samen overlopen jullie het technisch plan en toon je de gekozen producten zoals bv. een warmtepomp of airco. Heb je interesse om ook technische plannen zelf aan te passen? Dan voorzien we met plezier de nodige opleiding. Ook ondersteun je onze nacalculaties en denk je mee na over verbeteringen in onze werking.

  • Ben je sterk in plannen en organiseren, met oog voor detail en structuur?
  • Communiceer je vlot en transparant met klanten, architecten, installateurs en leveranciers?
  • Ben je bouwkundig onderlegd door ervaring of opleiding?
  • Heb je affiniteit met technische installaties? Dit is een plus.
  • Combineer je proactief handelen met een hands-on-attitude?
