Jessa biedt samen met haar 3250 medewerkers en 450 artsen op 4 locaties topklinische geneeskunde, warme, hoogkwalitatieve patiëntenzorg en een uitmuntende patiëntervaring. Een job in een ziekenhuis is niet ‘zomaar' een job. Het is een kunstvorm in al zijn facetten, en dit over alle functies heen. Jouw bijdrage als lid van ons diverse team zorgt ervoor dat we mensen in elke levensfase kunnen helpen. Doordat jij hen warme zorg geeft of alles achter de schermen vlot laat verlopen. Over de job

Om ons team van boekhouders te versterken zijn we op zoek naar een collega met een affiniteit voor cijfers. Samen maken jullie deel uit van de financieel administratieve dienst en werken jullie dagdagelijks ondersteunend mee aan de financiële gezondheid van Jessa. Jullie rapporteren rechtstreeks aan het diensthoofd boekhouding en zijn als dienst verantwoordelijk voor de correcte en tijdige periodieke afsluitingen. Op die manier dragen jullie als team jullie steentje bij aan de warme zorg voor onze patiënten en het toekomstig nieuwbouw ziekenhuis, Ons Zorg Park.

Takenpakket:

  • Niet alleen de algemene maar ook de analytische boekhouding beoordeel je met een kritische blik waarbij deze de basis vormen voor een waarheidsgetrouwe financiële rapportering;
  • Je analyseert en controleert de meer complexe boekingen en werkt de juiste verwerking ervan uit;
  • De bijhorende processen bekijk je kritische, je bouwt de nodige controles in en formuleert verbeterpunten;
  • Je initieert het optimaliseren van boekhoudkundige processen en draagt bij aan een verder doorgedreven digitalisering;
  • Je helpt mee bruggen te bouwen met andere diensten binnen de organisatie;
  • Naast het verwerken van inkomende facturen en het opvolgen van de goedkeuringsflows zorg je mee voor de opmaak en controle van balansreconciliaties en help je mee de fluctuaties in de P&L rekeningen te analyseren;
  • Je bent in staat een BTW- en Intrastat-aangifte op te maken en deze inhoudelijk na te kijken;
  • Binnen de verantwoordelijkheid van de functie besteed je aandacht voor de kwaliteit van de interne dienstverlening naar de zorg gerelateerde en ondersteunende diensten;
  • Je communiceert op een correcte en kwalitatieve wijze met interne klanten, externe partners en leveranciers;
  • Je staat mee in voor de noodzakelijke opvolging van deadlines en werkt mee om deze te behalen opdat tijdige en correcte financiële rapportering mogelijk is;
  • Bijhorende administratieve taken, opvolging en controles pak je aan en je beheert mee de mailbox van de boekhouding.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je bent minimaal in het bezit van een bachelor diploma in een economische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur reeds enkele jaren werkervaring als boekhouder.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van de courante Microsoft Office pakketten waarbij het werken met Excel je zeker niet ongekend is.
  • Je kan vlot werken met een ERP-systeem of boekhoudpakket. Kennis van SAP is een plus, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je hebt een kritische blik en bent sterk analytisch aangelegd.
  • Je werkt proactief en zelfstandig.
  • Je hebt aandacht voor kwaliteit, zowel naar inhoud en cijfers, als naar kwalitatieve interne en externe dienstverlening.
  • Je bent flexibel en polyvalent inzetbaar binnen de dienst boekhouding en je gaat discreet met vertrouwelijke gegevens om.
