Ihre Aufgaben

* Einrichten und Bedienen von Abkantpressen, insbesondere Trumpf Abkantmaschinen

* Selbstständiges Rüsten der Maschinen sowie Auswahl und Einsetzen der passenden Werkzeuge

* Bestücken der Maschinen und sorgfältiges Entnehmen, Kontrollieren und Sortieren der gekanteten Bauteile

* Einlesen, Erstellen und Verwalten von Maschinenprogrammen

* Abkanten von Blechteilen nach technischen Zeichnungen und Fertigungsunterlagen

* Durchführung von Maß- und Qualitätskontrollen sowie gegebenenfalls Korrekturen an den Maschinenprogrammen

* Optimierung von Biegeprozessen und selbstständige Behebung kleinerer Störungen

* Sorgfältiger Umgang mit Maschinen, Werkzeugen und Materialien

Ihr Profil

* Langjährige Erfahrung im Umgang mit Abkantpressen, vorzugsweise Trumpf

* Sicheres Lesen und Umsetzen technischer Zeichnungen

* Technische Ausbildung von Vorteil

* Versierte Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Staplerschein erforderlich

* Selbstständige, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zur Mehrarbeit
