Zur Abwicklung unserer Projekte suchen wir in Wien ab sofort: 1 Abrechnungstechniker_in (m/w/d) Was dich erwartet

* Dokumentation der Leistungserfassung

* Regieabrechnungen bis zur Rechnungserstellung

* Massenermittlung sowie Erstellung von Teil- und Schlussrechnungen

* Nachkalkulation von Eigen- und Subunternehmerleistungen

* Unterstützung der Bau- und Projektleitung bei der Kostenkontrolle

* Mitwirkung bei der wirtschaftlichen Abwicklung der Bauprojekte

Das bringst du mit

* Technische oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung, idealerweise eine HTL oder Fachschule (z. B. für Bautechnik, Hochbau)

* Starkes Zahlenverständnis, genaue Arbeitsweise, Verlässlichkeit und Kostenbewusstsein

* Solide Vorerfahrung im Bauwesen von Vorteil

* Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen EDV-Anwendungen

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Deutschkenntnisse, der Tätigkeit entsprechend

* Führerschein B
