Als Abteilungsleiter Fleisch & Feinkost (m/w/d) übernimmst du die Verantwortung für Disposition, Verkauf und Lagerhaltung sowie eine genaue Bestandsführung inklusive Inventur. Du führst dein Team, organisierst die Abläufe und stellst einen reibungslosen Betrieb sicher - stets unter Einhaltung aller lebensmittelrechtlichen Vorgaben.

Deine Aufgaben

* Es ist früher Morgen. Die ersten Lieferungen treffen ein, du prüfst die Qualität, hast den Überblick über deine Bestände und weißt genau, was heute gefragt sein wird. Dein Team aus 6 Personen zählt auf dich - du gibst die Richtung vor, koordinierest die Abläufe und sorgst dafür, dass alles reibungslos läuft.

* Im Verkauf berätst du mit Fachwissen und Leidenschaft. Hinter den Kulissen hältst du die Fäden zusammen: Disposition, Lager, Kommissionierung und eine saubere, genaue Bestandsführung inklusive Inventur. Dabei hast du nicht nur Zahlen im Blick, sondern auch die Menschen - dein Team, das du motivierst und weiterentwickelst.

* Lebensmittelqualität und gesetzliche Vorgaben sind für dich selbstverständlich - du sorgst dafür, dass alles passt, bis ins Detail.

Dein Profil

* Erfahrung im Bereich Fleisch oder aus einem verwandten Beruf mit dem Wunsch nach dem nächsten Karriereschritt

* Freude am Umgang mit Menschen, hohes Maß an Kundenfreundlichkeit

* Hohe Eigenmotivation und serviceorientiertes Denken und Handeln

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
