The posting

La coordination de l'Insertion Socioprofessionnelle (ISP) fait partie intégrante de la Direction des Ressources Humaines qui met en place et coordonne une politique de gestion des ressources humaines en s'assurant que les entités qui composent les Petits Riens bénéficient du personnel qualifié et motivé pour assurer son impact social et réaliser les objectifs économiques fixés.

Pour compléter l'équipe ISP, les Petits Riens engagent :

Un.e Accompagnateur.rice Insertion (h/f/x), CDI temps plein à Bruxelles. Début de contrat dès que possible.

Mission

En intégrant l'équipe du pôle « ISP », vous êtes sous l'autorité du.de la responsable ISP. Votre mission s'articule autour de trois missions principales :

  • Soutenir les responsables d'équipe à recruter, sélectionner et encadrer les collaborateur.rice.s en ISP afin de répondre aux besoins en effectif, tant en quantité qu'en qualité des magasins, ateliers et services.
  • Veiller à un accompagnement qui permet à chaque collaborateur.rice en ISP de bénéficier d'une activité valorisante et formatrice en vue d'une insertion socioprofessionnelle durable.

Tâches

Vos tâches principales sont :

  • Identifier les besoins en ressources humaines au sein de chaque équipe ;
  • Soutenir les responsables d'équipe à recruter et sélectionner des candidat.e.s en fonction des profils recherchés ;
  • Effectuer les démarches administratives en collaboration avec les organismes concernés ;
  • Veiller à un accompagnement qualitatif des collaborateur.rice.s dans leur parcours d'insertion au sein des Petits Riens en renforçant les responsables d'équipe dans leurs posture de coaching ;
  • Assurer la construction d'un projet professionnel durable et valorisant, par sessions de groupe ou accompagnement individuel ;
  • Intervenir, médier et soutenir les responsables d'équipe en cas de dossiers complexes ;
  • Participer activement aux différentes réunions d'équipe et représenter l'ISP auprès de nos partenaires externes (CPAS, services judiciaires, ...)

Pour réaliser les défis de cette fonction :

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un Master en sciences sociales ou sciences humaines et/ou prévalez d'une expérience utile en RH, insertion socioprofessionnelle ou dans un secteur lié ;
  • Vous avez une capacité d'écoute active, d'empathie et une fibre sociale prononcée ;
  • Vous aimez travailler dans un environnement multiculturel et dynamique ;
  • Vous avez une bonne capacité d'adaptation au changement et aux imprévus ;
  • Vous aimez travailler de manière autonome, en équipe et en réseau ;
  • Vous avez une bonne maîtrise de soi ainsi qu'une habilité à la médiation et la gestion des conflits ;
  • Vous montrez d'excellentes aptitudes en rédaction, organisation et communication ;
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques du pack Office 365 ;
  • Vous avez une maîtrise parfaite du français oral/écrit ;
  • La connaissance oral et/ou écrite du Néerlandais est un atout.
