Jobinhoud:

Ter ondersteuning van de verschillende operationele afdelingen zoeken we een dynamische collega die verantwoordelijk zal zijn voor het volledige dossierbeheer van A-Z. Daarnaast sta je in contact met zowel de klant als alle operationele diensten (waaronder de centrale planning en de magazijnen). Je zal voornamelijk instaan voor import dossiers, later komen daar ook export dossiers bij. Verder bestaat jouw takenpakket uit:

  • Opstellen documentatie voor het transport, bevrachting & douane. Eventuele verzekeringsdocumenten organiseer je ook bij de makelaar
  • Controle van douanedocumenten en weet wanneer welke te gebruiken
  • Contact met de afdeling sales in verband met offertes / standaardtarieven
  • Contact met & updates aan de klant aangaande de zendingen
  • Indien er eventuele klachten zijn, neem je contact op met de teamleader van de desbetreffende afdeling. Bij schade of afwijkingen aan goederen licht jij de klant in

Wie zoeken we:

  • Je hebt een Bachelor diploma Logistiek Management of gelijkaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie
  • Je hebt kennis van verschillende douaneformaliteiten (niet zelf opmaken)
  • Je bent positief assertief en communicatief sterk
  • Zeer goede kennis NL, ENG en FR (mondeling en schriftelijk)
  • Je bent gedreven, klantgericht en een absolute teamplayer
  • Je bent vlot met verschillende software, kennis ERP is een pluspunt
  • Je bent flexibel in werktijden
