Voor een bouwbedrijf in Lier zijn we op zoek naar een Accountmanager voor de regio Lier.

Je komt terecht binnen een dynamisch familiebedrijf en wordt verantwoordelijk voor een eigen regio en klantenportefeuille.

Als Accountmanager ben je het commerciële aanspreekpunt voor professionele klanten in de bouwsector, waaronder aannemers, dakwerkers en andere bouwprofessionals. Je combineert actieve prospectie met het onderhouden en verder uitbouwen van bestaande klantenrelaties.

Je adviseert klanten over het uitgebreide assortiment bouwmaterialen en bouwt mee aan duurzame klantenrelaties. Je werkt zelfstandig binnen jouw regio, maar kan rekenen op de ondersteuning en expertise van ervaren collega's.

Jouw pakket:

  • Actief prospecteren naar nieuwe professionele klanten binnen de bouwsector.
  • Uitbouwen en onderhouden van langdurige klantenrelaties.
  • Beheren en verder ontwikkelen van een eigen klantenportefeuille.
  • Adviseren van klanten over het assortiment bouwmaterialen en hun specifieke behoeften.
  • Fungeren als commercieel aanspreekpunt voor aannemers, dakwerkers en andere bouwprofessionals.
  • Detecteren van commerciële opportuniteiten en hier actief op inspelen.
  • Opvolgen van offertes, afspraken en commerciële dossiers.
  • Nauw samenwerken met collega's en interne afdelingen.
  • Correct registreren en opvolgen van klantencontacten via het CRM-systeem.
  • Verantwoordelijkheid nemen over de eigen regio en commerciële resultaten.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een hoger diploma en/of relevante ervaring binnen een commerciële binnen- of buitendienstfunctie.
  • Je hebt een sterke commerciële en klantgerichte ingesteldheid.
  • Affiniteit met de bouwsector is een pluspunt.
  • Je kan vlot communiceren en weet klanten op een professionele manier te adviseren.
  • Je bent gedreven, ondernemend en proactief ingesteld.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid op.
  • Je bent gericht op het uitbouwen van langdurige klantenrelaties.
  • Je bent bereid om je technische kennis van bouwmaterialen verder uit te breiden.
  • Ervaring in de bouwsector of met bouwmaterialen is een pluspunt.
  • Je kan vlot werken met een CRM-systeem en digitale toepassingen.
