In deze commerciële rol ga je actief op zoek naar nieuwe opportuniteiten binnen de wereld van preventie en welzijn. Je combineert strategisch inzicht met een sterke dosis overtuigingskracht en weet complexe klantvragen om te zetten in concrete oplossingen.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je ontwikkelt actief nieuwe klantenrelaties binnen de markt van middelgrote en grotere ondernemingen (vanaf 50 medewerkers);
  • Je legt contacten op beslissingsniveau en begeleidt bedrijven doorheen een volledig commercieel traject;
  • Je analyseert behoeften en werkt samen met interne experten om passende totaaloplossingen uit te werken;
  • Je focust op nieuwe business en draagt klanten na opstart vlot over aan de regionale opvolgingsteams;
  • Je bouwt een sterk professioneel netwerk uit en vertegenwoordigt de organisatie op evenementen en sectorinitiatieven;
  • Je ondersteunt mee commerciële campagnes en zet mee de schouders onder regionale groeidoelstellingen;
  • Je volgt marktontwikkelingen, trends en opportuniteiten nauwgezet op;
  • Je draagt bij aan een optimale klantbeleving en ondersteunt waar nodig bij klachtenopvolging;
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de salesverantwoordelijke en bewaakt KPI’s en commerciële doelstellingen.

Je bent een geboren hunter die energie haalt uit nieuwe contacten, lange verkooptrajecten en het binnenhalen van mooie deals.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je hebt een stevige ervaring binnen sales, business development of accountmanagement;
  • Je voelt je helemaal thuis in prospectie en het uitbouwen van nieuwe klantenrelaties;
  • Je hebt ervaring met complexe verkoopprocessen en langere commerciële trajecten;
  • Je communiceert vlot met directieleden en andere stakeholders;
  • Je hebt interesse in HR, welzijn, preventie of aanverwante dienstverlening;
  • Kennis van sociale wetgeving is een mooie plus;
  • Je denkt analytisch en vertaalt uitdagingen moeiteloos naar concrete oplossingen;
  • Je bent ondernemend, resultaatgericht en neemt graag initiatief;
  • Je werkt zelfstandig maar schakelt ook vlot met collega's en interne specialisten;
  • Je bent perfect tweetalig Nederlands en Frans;
  • Je bent actief binnen de regio Brussel en Leuven.
